Michael H. Erdman is the founder and President of Howard Sheri Corporation, a Mergers & Acquisitions Intermediary he started in 2022 after an extensive apprenticeship with an east coast intermediary firm. He also currently serves as the Managing Partner of Teeple Leonard & Erdman, a Chicago-area law firm founded in 2002 that concentrates on litigation, business and regulatory matters.
An attorney with over twenty-five years of broad private practice experience, Erdman has represented clients in a variety of industries including agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, real estate brokerage, financial technology, petroleum, entertainment, and restaurants/food production. He has helped consummate a variety of business transactions, including the $800 million purchase of a technology business, $500 million sale of a majority stake in an electronics company, and $200 million sale of a restaurant distribution business.
Erdman earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and graduated, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.
